At efarm.pk, we take pride in the quality of our livestock and the professionalism of our consultancy services. Because we deal with live animals and professional expertise, our policy is designed to ensure fairness and animal welfare.
1. Livestock (Live Animals)
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer a “change of mind” return policy once the animal has been delivered and accepted.

Inspection upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the health, age, and condition of the livestock at the time of delivery. Once the delivery receipt is signed or the animal is accepted, the sale is considered final.

Health Issues: If a health issue is identified by a certified veterinarian within 24 hours of delivery, and it is proven that the condition existed prior to the sale, we will work with the buyer to provide a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion.

Mortality: efarm.pk is not responsible for any injury, illness, or mortality that occurs after the animal has been successfully delivered and handed over to the buyer.
2. Consultancy & Farm Management Services

Service Fees: Fees paid for site surveys, soil testing, or management consultancy are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a scheduled site visit or consultancy session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the booking deposit. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Order Cancellations (Livestock)

If you place an order for livestock and wish to cancel before the animal has been dispatched/transported, you are eligible for a refund minus any processing or holding fees.

Once the transport vehicle has departed for your location, the transportation costs will not be refundable.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as agreed upon with the customer.
