2. Livestock Sales (Live Animals)

  • Product Representation: We strive to provide accurate photos, videos, and health descriptions of all livestock. However, slight variations in weight and appearance are natural for live animals.

  • Availability: All livestock listed is subject to availability. An order is only confirmed once payment is verified and you receive a formal confirmation from our team.

  • Risk and Title: The risk of loss or injury to the animal passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery and physical handover. Title (ownership) passes only upon full receipt of payment.

3. Professional Services & Consultancy

  • Scope of Advice: Our consultancy services (Agriculture, Orchard, and Livestock management) are based on over 30 years of farming experience. While we aim for maximum productivity, agricultural outcomes are subject to environmental factors (weather, pests, etc.) beyond our control.

  • Client Responsibility: Implementation of our advice is at the client’s discretion. efarm.pk is not liable for losses resulting from the client’s failure to follow recommended husbandry protocols.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for livestock and services are listed in PKR (unless stated otherwise) and are subject to change based on market conditions.

  • Taxes & Permits: Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or specific transport permits required for their specific region.

  • Payment Security: We provide complete financial transparency. Payments must be made through our authorized bank accounts or digital payment methods provided at checkout.

5. Transport and Delivery

  • Logistics: Livestock transport is a specialized service. While we can assist in arranging transport, the buyer must ensure that the destination is ready to receive and house the animals safely upon arrival.

  • Delays: efarm.pk is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or government-mandated transport restrictions.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the website for any fraudulent activities or misrepresenting their identity.

  • Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or servers.

  • Scraping data, images, or content from efarm.pk for commercial use without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, efarm.pk and its parent company, agroassessors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our livestock or consultancy services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (such as animal videos and management reports), is the property of efarm.pk and is protected by copyright laws.
